A Suitable Introduction

As this is my first post on my first blog ever, I would like to take the time to formally introduce myself.

My name is Drew, I'm 18, and I'm a high school senior. I live in Chicago.

My biggest interest is filmaking, but I'm also an amateur photographer with a great appreciation for the art. I've been making films for 6 years now and recently started photography as a hobby.

I've got a youtube channel for my films and a Flickr for my photography.

Now onto "Why the Blog?" Well simply put I like to look at photographs that I find eye catching and damn interesting. So I figured I would like a place to display my findings. Simply put this is a blog of photographs (possible sometimes art, or short films) that massage the eyes and the mind. That you can quickly scroll through during work or school and get a smile on your face. No intense reading into the theories of photography, no page long philosophical descriptions of art. Just damn interesting photography.
